The Space

Living Room
The spacious, open-concept living room features a large sectional couch, a 75” flat-screen smart TV with access to streaming services, and a beautiful view of the pool. Perfect for group movie nights or unwinding after a long day. This area also includes a pool table and a collection of board games for entertainment.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Tempur-Pedic king bed, closet, pool view, Smart TV.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed, closet, Smart TV.
Bedroom 3: Two queen beds, ensuite bathroom, pool view, Smart TV.

For extra guests, the large sectional couch in the living room can be used for sleeping. Two foldable single beds are available upon request (please notify 24 hours before arrival).

Villa Amara is in a quiet, family-friendly residential neighborhood in North Miami. Wynwood is about 15 minutes away, Downtown Miami about 20, and Miami International Airport about 25, with Bal Harbour, the beaches, and Aventura Mall a short drive away.

Important Notes

Pool Heating: $300 per stay (request 48 hours in advance).
Pet Fee: $250 per stay (request in advance).
Pool Service: Skimmed before arrival, serviced on Wednesdays.
Landscaping: Maintained on Thursdays.
Parking: Free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.
Exotic Car Rentals & Yacht Charters: Guests receive discounted rates.
Noise Policy: No outdoor noise after 10:00 p.m. to respect neighbors.
Parties/Events: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not permitted inside the home. Fines up to $750 apply for violations.
Same-Day Reservations: Require a $500 refundable deposit.
Additional guest fee: $40/night per guest after 10 guests.
