The Space

The open-concept living room invites you to unwind on the plush sectional couch while enjoying views of the pool. Watch your favorite shows on the 75” flat-screen smart TV or gather with friends and family for a movie night. The villa also features a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, arcade machine, a sofa bed, and a 65-inch smart TV.

Outdoor Space

Enjoy the warm Miami sunshine in the expansive backyard, complete with a saltwater heated pool, inflatable toys, sun loungers, and a large cooler for drinks. The outdoor space also features a golf course, basketball hoop, gym, fire pit, gas grill, and a beautifully landscaped garden. The backyard is fenced and surrounded by dense tropical vegetation for total privacy.

- Parties and events are not permitted.
- This property has exterior security cameras only, covering the front driveway and the backyard (facing the fences).
- No additional guests are allowed without pre-approval. Hosting unregistered guests may result in loss of the security deposit.
- A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed.
- Checkout is at 10:00 AM unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
- This is a quiet neighborhood. Please keep noise down after 10:00 PM.
- After using the grill, please turn the gas off and clean the grill.
- Please do not leave food out.
- Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

The home is privately owned, and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. By accepting this reservation, all guests, and anyone they invite onto the premises, expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from use of the premises, and the owners and managers of the property cannot be held liable.

Villa Vizcaya sits on a private one-acre lot in a quiet residential area of North Miami. The Design District, Wynwood, and Downtown Miami are a short drive south, and Bal Harbour, Haulover Beach, and Aventura Mall are close by.

Important Notes

Pool Heating: $300 per stay (request 48 hours in advance).
Pet Fee: $250 per stay (request in advance).
Noise Policy: No outdoor noise after 10:00 p.m. to respect neighbors.
Parties/Events: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not permitted inside the home. Fines up to $750 apply for violations.
Maximum Capacity: The villa sleeps up to 18 people, ideal for 16.
Same-Day Reservations: Require a $500 refundable deposit.
Additional guest fee: $40/night per guest after 10 guests.
