How many guests can you host?
11 to 30 guests, depending on the home. The two connected villas take up to 30 together. We confirm the approved occupancy and the sleeping layout before you book.
Can everyone have their own bedroom?
Up to the number of bedrooms — 4 to 9 in a single villa, and we have a 14 bedroom option for larger groups — which is 2 neighboring villas connected in one private territory. Beyond that, guests share. Tell us your rooming needs and we'll match the right home.
Can we run sessions at the villa?
Private sessions for your staying group — yoga, workshops, training — are often possible with written approval from the specific home. Our villas are not event venues: no parties, no outside attendees.
What can you arrange for us?
Private chefs, Sprinter van airport and group transfers, yacht charters from our fleet, dining, and approved wellness services. Everything is on request and priced separately.

Yes. We work with retreat leaders, coaches, corporate planners and travel advisors who bring groups back to Miami, with preferred terms agreed individually.
How does pricing work?
Every stay is quoted for your dates and group. Rates, minimum stays, deposits, pool-heating and cancellation terms vary by home — you get the full picture before you confirm. Day-use bookings without an overnight stay are quoted the same way.
