Living Room
The open-concept living room offers stunning views of the pool and is designed for group relaxation. Sink into the large sectional couch and enjoy your favorite streaming shows on the 75” flat-screen smart TV. Perfect for a movie night, or simply to relax after a day of exploring.

- Bedroom 1: Queen-size Tempur-Pedic bed, closet, pool view, ensuite bathroom, Smart TV.

For extra guests, the large sectional couch in the living room can be used for sleeping. Two foldable single beds are available upon request (please notify 24 hours in advance).

- Bathroom 2: Off the main living area with a spacious vanity and large walk-in shower.
- Bathroom 3: Conveniently located near the other bedrooms.
Kitchen
The recently upgraded kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and all the cookware, utensils, and dinnerware needed for preparing meals. There’s also a dining table that comfortably seats six.
Outdoor Space
Soak in the Florida sunshine in the expansive private backyard. Enjoy the heated saltwater pool, sun loungers, inflatable pool toys, a large daybed, and cozy fire pit. Grill up your favorite meals on the gas BBQ or relax in the lush, fenced garden for full privacy. Landscaping is maintained on Thursdays, so please don't be alarmed when staff arrives.
