EXCLUSIVELY FOR RESTING AND SLEEPING VACATION HOME 
NO PARTIES PERMITTED IN THE PROPERTY

- Check in 3pm check out 10am 

- This is a Quiet Neighborhood. No loud sounds should be heard past 10:00PM

- If you use the Grill, please make sure the Gas is turned to OFF and THE GRILL IS CLEANED after each use. 

-Do not leave any food out.
 
- No smoking inside( use outdoor areas only)

- No additional guests after the reservation was confirmed(additional fees apply for any guest not listed on the reservation)

- Kindly ask you take your trash out to the green trash bin in front of the house daily.

- Do not store trash for days in the house.

- The property is monitor 24/7 with surveillance(located front drive way and backyard)

The home is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. 

By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests, and those whom they invite to use the premises, are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises and the owners or managers of the property cannot be held liable.

Prime and secluded neighborhood just minutes to major highway from north to south, just 20 minutes away from Miami International Airport and 20 minutes to Fort Lauderdale International Airport, most centric location, 5-minute drive from Aventura mall, whole foods and other shopping areas, walking distance to synagogues, long walk or a short drive to a shopping center.

  • Pet Fee: $250 per stay (request in advance).
  • Noise Policy: No outdoor noise after 10:00 p.m. to respect neighbors.
  • Parties/Events: Not allowed.
  • Smoking: Not permitted inside the home. Fines up to $750 apply for violations.
